Notes: There are a number of launch sites around the City of Cheboygan and Cheboygan State Park. The boat launch can be difficult to use when there is heavy boat usage. It is possible to paddle upriver through the City or out into Lake Huron. Be careful of recreational boat traffic. The launch is upstream from the Dam and Locks. It is possible to paddle upstream along the Inland Waterway to Mullet Lake, Indian River, and Burt Lake. Paddlers can access Lake Huron by going through the Locks.
