Lakeside Park
Municipal Park in Downtown Rogers City. Kiddie park, bandshell, picnic tables, enclosed pavilion, bathing beach, volleyball courts
The City’s best equipped and most heavily used recreational facility, Lakeside’s 10 acres bordering Lake Huron feature the Rogers City Marina (which has its own link on this web site), a beautiful swimming beach with volleyball courts, a pair of playgrounds, basketball courts, and a large pavilion with an ice cream/food stand, picnic tables, bathrooms, and drinking fountains. The park also is home to a sailor’s memorial, a large band shell, with concerts throughout the summer, and the City’s annual Nautical Festival.
