Mackinaw City Municipal Marina

Water Overlook, Boat Launch, Historic Markers....

The Marina will be taking all reservations through the state-wide reservation system, available online. You can go to http://www.midnrreservations.com or call 1-800-447-2757 to make reservations.

The Mackinaw City Marina has showers and restrooms, offices, laundry facilities, and a recreation area. Boaters can go online to browse for lake conditions at the Marina's information center. We're open from May 1st to mid-October and within easy walking distance of downtown shopping, theaters, fine restaurants, churches, and banks.

There is a fee charged for the boat launch.

Notes: Can be difficult to launch when there is a lot of boat use. Paddling around the waterfront of Mackinaw City is an interesting mix of historic sites and parks. Be careful of heavy boat and ferry traffic when paddling around the Mackinaw City waterfront. Waters in the straits are challenging with the currents and waves.
