Manning Hill Park

A Natural Hill Park With a Spectacular View

Manning Hill Park is located 18 miles west of Alpena on M-32 between M-65 North and M-65 South. This roadside park features a beautiful panoramic view. It includes a pavilion with picnic tables and grills and a viewing tower. Concrete sidewalks enable all to walk or wheelchair access to the park. From May to November, there is a portable restroom on site.

One of the highest points in Alpena County, providing breath-taking views. Manning Hill is a large park and has a small pavilion, picnic tables, and rustic bathrooms. It has become a very popular sledding spot in the winter.
