Mackinaw City Camping right on the beach of Lake Huron!

Located on beautiful Lake Huron in Mackinaw City, with an amazing view of the Mackinac Bridge, Roberts Landing is a peaceful, friendly campground. Roberts Landing offers gorgeous campsites, each with its own large fire pit, picnic table, and great views. The campground also boasts a scenic 533-foot lake frontage offering picture-perfect views. This is definitely a great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Northern Michigan and Lake Huron.

At Roberts Landing, we do our best to accommodate just about everyone. In addition to those travelling with small to large campers, trailers, or tents, we also allow those travelling in motorcycles to make themselves at home, as well as animal lovers bringing along their pets. We also welcome groups of people wishing to camp together.

For those with larger groups or those wanting to spend some time away from their campsite, we offer a 200-foot common area for all campers to enjoy. The common area includes a beautiful enclosed gazebo fully equipped with a fire pit inside. This can be booked for parties. Please inquire for more information.

Each campsite has a picnic table and a large fire pit, an electrical panel, and most sites have amazing waterfront views! So, whether you would like to stay down by the water and enjoy the open space and fresh lake air or stay surrounded by trees for more privacy, we offer camp sites to suit any preference.

Firewood is available on site for those wanting to warm their hands in the crisp night air or those wanting to indulge in yummy s’mores at their campsites.

We offer seasonal sites if you would like to keep your camper/tents/trailers stationed here throughout the summer. Please inquire for more information.

Campground Rules

If bringing along a pet, we ask that they are leashed at all times and that any waste is picked up and disposed of properly.
When you pack to leave, please make sure to tidy up the campsite to ensure all trash is thrown away.
Please do not leave fires unattended.
Extinguish campfires completely if you plan on leaving your site or going to sleep.
The speed limit inside the campground is 2.5 mph.
Use caution when driving through the campground and watch for children at play.
Do not remove supplied firewood from the campground.

Hours and Dates of Operation

Roberts Landing officially opens for the year on May 1st and closes on November 5th. Our office is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm each day.

Check-in time for campers is at 2:00 pm, and campers must be checked out by noon.
