Notes: This is a swimming beach. Easy launching from beach area. Cecil Bay is shallow with underwater boulders, particularly around points. Depth of Water is less than 12’ for around one mile from the shoreline. Expect large waves with heavy onshore winds. Waters in the straits are challenging with currents and waves. Homes are located along the shoreline in either direction.
