Greenways Birding Trail

Located at the north end of Long Lake in Presque Isle County, this preserve is owned by the Thunder Bay Audubon Society. Take US-23 north out of Alpena to Long Lake, and turn west (left) onto Shubert Road. Stay on Shubert Road for 1.5 miles. There is a sign at the entrance to the preserve.

This is a mature woods with a nice hiking trail through it. An old apple orchard is also here. Warblers/woodland (s,su)
